The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act.

Umesh Yadav, the petitioner, and Bilash Mahto are said to have caught the son of the informant, Anupam Anand, and Meghnad Choupal is said to have fired and the son of informant died.

It is submitted that petitioner and co-accused Bilash Mahto are said to have caught the son of informant but Bilash Mahto has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21926 of 2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

No.33633 of 2015 (2) dt.20-08-2015 2/2 allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in Shankarpur P.S.
