JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Section 498 (A), 304(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners is that they have committed murder of the victim due to non fulfillment of demand of dowry.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners. The petitioners are remained in custody since 16.04.2017 having clean antecedent.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40077 of 2017 (2) dt.24-08-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let, above named petitioners, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1/ Incharge Successor Court,Supaul, in connection with Triveniganj P.S.Case No. 129 of 2017/G.R.No. 817 of 2017, subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a local person having sufficient immovable properties within the jurisdiction of the court.
