The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Belaganj P.S. Case No. 298/2017, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 418, 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 19.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39086/2018 on the ground that Nursing Home of the petitioner was not registered.

This Court finds that no fresh ground has been made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to reconsider the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59925 of 2018 (2) dt.03-10-2018 2/2 Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is again rejected.

The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered by the court below on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
