2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to show cause as to why they are not taking proper action against the respondent No. 5 for cancellation of his arms license.

3. The District Magistrate, Buxar is directed to dispose of the representation dated 10.03.2023 in accordance with law within four weeks from the date of receipt/communication of a copy of this order after noticing the arms license holder.
