2. The petitioner is in custody since 10.05.2017 in connection with L.N.M.U. P.S. Case No. 103 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Sections 304(B), 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner being the husband of the deceased has been falsely implicated as it was a case of suicide.

4. Having regard to the nature of specific accusations and gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
