It would appear from perusal of the impugned order that in course of investigation, the name of this petitioner surfaced in this case and subsequently, he was arrested and made his confessional statement disclosing that after the occurrence he facilitated the other accused by providing his vehicle to flee from the place of occurrence.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
