The statement of victim has been recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. in which she stated that she was taken to Kathmandu by the petitioner but she admitted in her statement that she telephoned her family members from Kathmandu from where she was taken to her home.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
