Petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No.5978 of 2019 arising out of Kankarbagh P.S. Case No.653 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273 Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that total 35 litres country made liquor has been recovered from tempo. The petitioner and another accused, Dhananjay Paswan, were found sitting in the tempo. Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 07.07.2019 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,
