The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 386 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant of course knew the petitioner but in the First Information Report, made specific allegation against Bholat Yadav who pointed pistol on him. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in jail since 11.06.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Phulparas P.S.
