2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 830 of 2023 registered under Sections 419, 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 10 of the Bihar Conduct of Examination Act.

3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that this petitioner planted the co-accused Sintu Kumar to appear and impersonate him in the B.P.S.C. Examination.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case merely on suspicion. Further submission is that petitioner is no where related to co-accused Sintu Kumar. The real fact is that due to some unavoidable

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 830 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
