According to the prosecution case itself, some one withdrew Rs 20,000/- from the account of informant on 6.6.2015 and the informant caught the petitioner on 15.6.2015. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and it appears that in course of investigation, confessional statement of the petitioner was recorded and except the above stated fact and circumstance, there appears to be nothing against him. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case no. 178/2015.
