The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) P.S. Case No. 364 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 420, 406/34 of the I.P.C.

Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was withdrawn after some argument with direction to surrender before the court within six weeks.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is ready to deposit the money in the trial court. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, petitioner is directed to surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44838 of 2017 (2) dt.20-09-2017 2/2 before the court below within six weeks from today and pray for regular bail and deposit the amount and, if it is deposited in the trial court, the trial court will release the petitioner on bail to his own satisfaction.
