The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 28 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940.

As per the prosecution case, 50 bottles of corex cough syrup was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. No incriminating article, as alleged, has been recovered from his possession. He is in custody since 29.9.2021 and has no criminal antecedent. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

Case no. 182 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge - cum - Special Judge (Drugs & Cosmetics Act), Sitamarhi.
