The petitioner seeks bail in Madhuban P.S. Case No. 63/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A, 366 and 363/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner of course named in the FIR and the informant alleged that Sunil Kumar was in touch with his daughter and the petitioner helped in talking between Sunil and his daughter. It is alleged that Sunil Kumar with the help of the petitioner and others kidnapped his daughter for the purpose of marriage.

It is submitted that the informant is not an eye-witness. The petitioner is a lady and she is pregnant. She is in jail since 25.05.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33817 of 2015 (2) dt.20-08-2015 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Motihari, in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 63/2015.
