The petitioner seeks bail in Paraiya P.S. Case No. 95 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(d) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

It is alleged in the written report that 15 Kg. Mahua flower has been recovered from Motorcycle. Petitioner was driving the Motorcycle.

Petitioner is in custody since 10.7.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on
