This present writ petition has been filed against the order of termination. The petitioner was terminated from the service on account of the fact that he was convicted by a competent Criminal Court and awarded life sentence. The Court does not find any infirmity in the order of termination. Now the other question as to payment of dues amount prior to the termination of the petitioner is concerned if any amount was dues and payable to the petitioner, the Court without expressing any opinion on the claim of the petitioner, direct the respondents to examine the same and if they admit
