2. The petitioner is in custody since 16.01.2017 in connection with S.T. No. 256/2017 arising out of Parbatta (Maraiya) P.S. Case No. 14 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner being the husband of the deceased has been falsely implicated and in fact, the deceased had committed suicide. Except suspicion, there is no material to connect the petitioner with the alleged occurrence. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail and states that charge has already been framed against the petitioner.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed. The learned court below is further directed to expedite the trial on day-to-day basis and conclude the same expeditiously and preferably within a period of nine months from the date of
