The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named five persons and alleged that they all went to assault. There is specific allegation against Narayan Yadav that he assaulted the informant with Dabiya. From the perusal of the injury report, it appears that Bisheshwar Prasad Yadav got two lacerated wounds and one swelling. Petitioner is not the assailant.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37010 of 2015 (2) dt.25-08-2015 P2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura (Ghailadh) P.S. Case No. 302/2015.
