Petitioner seeks bail in Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 119 of 2017 for the offence punishable under Section 25(1B)A of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner is that on his confession a loaded country made pistol was recovered from his Dera.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that on the confession of one Pawan Yadav petitioner has been apprehended by the police in another case bearing S. Kamal P.S. Case No. 76 of 2017 and during investigation police took the confessional statement of petitioner and unnecessary lodged
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49037 of 2017(2) dt.18-10-2017 2/2 present case being Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 119 of 2017. Except these two cases petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Begusarai, in connection with Sahebpur P.S. Case No. 119 of 2017.
