The present modification petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking modification in the order dated 10.05.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34185 of 2024. 3.

Earlier, the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 24.01.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 80907 of 2023. Thereafter, the petitioner has filed a modification application for modifying the order dated 24.01.2024, vide Cr. Misc. No. 34185 of 2024, which was allowed and disposed of vide order dated 10.05.2024 and after modification of the order, the petitioner had deposited a sum of Rs. 45,000/- (rupees forty-

No.61897 of 2024(3) dt.13-09-2024 2/2 five thousand) out of the dues amount of Rs. 1,33,334/- (rupees one lakh thirty-three thousand three hundred and thirty-four) and now, a total remaining sum of Rs. 88,333/- (rupees eightyeight thousand three hundred and thirty-three) is yet to be paid by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner fell ill and he was undergoing treatment and because of that reason he could not pay the remaining installment within the stipulated time. He further submits that now petitioner is ready to pay the aforesaid dues amount and prays for further two months' time for doing the same.

In view of the aforesaid, the order dated 10.05.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34185 of 2024, is modified to the aforesaid extent and the petitioner is directed to deposit the rest dues amount of Rs. 88,333/- (rupees eighty-eight thousand three hundred and thirty-three) to the informant / complainant within a period of two months.

Accordingly, the modification petition stands disposed of.
