Two petitioners , who are in custody since 19.6.2016 in Bhorey P.S. Case No. 77 of 2016 registered for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 (1-b)a, 26/ 35 of the Arms Act, have prayed for grant of bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have falsely been implicated showing recovery of six cartridges from petitioner no. 1 and 4 cartridges from petitioner no. 2. He submits that of course F.I.R. was lodged on the ground of recovery of stolen vehicle however during investigation it was found that the vehicle belongs to the co-

Keeping in view the nature of accusation and clean antecedent of the petitioners as indicated in paragraph no. 3 of the petition let both the petitioners Ranjan Verma and Raja Madesiya be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand ) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. VI, Gopalganj / concerned court in connection with Bhorey P.S. Case No. 77 of 2016.
