The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No.366 of 2018 registered under Sections 452, 341, 323, 354, 354-B 354-C and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

Regard being had to the gravity of the offence and specific allegation made against the petitioner that he outraged the modesty of the informant time without number, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.

Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner is dismissed.
