Petitioner, Md. Zafar @ Zafar Alam @ Zafar, is in custody since 26.07.2016 in Sikty P.S. Case No. 36 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 149, 323, 324, 307, 504, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to learned counsel for the petitioner, there was free fighting between both the parties regarding the land dispute and, therefore, both the parties have filed case against each other. 4.

Considering the fact that there is land dispute between the parties and cases and counter cases have been filed, I direct the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Five Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-III, Araria in
