JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The statement of informant has been recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C in which she has stated that there was some dispute between her and petitioner on account of payment of her wages and due to the aforesaid dispute, she left the orchestra work and came to village Samauta, where she took shelter in the house of a person. The victim has stated nothing against the petitioner in her statement.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34577 of 2015 (2) dt.21-08-2015 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional District & Sessions Judge cum Special Judge Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Sathi P.S.Case No. 81 of 2015.
