2. The petitioner who has retired from service on 31.03.2021, while working as Peon (class-IV) at Kashi Prasad Jayaswal Research Centre, Patna has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to give the petitioner the benefit of first A.C.P/M.A.C.P., which was due from 25.09.2005 and also the benefit of second A.C.P/M.A.C.P., which was due from 25.09.2015.

3. The writ petition having been filed for payment of A.C.P/M.A.C.P. which is stated to be due for payment in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13725 of 2024(2) dt.10-09-2024 2/2 year 2005 & 2015 respectively, and also having taken note of the fact that the petitioner is no longer in service, since his retirement on 31.03.2021, this writ petition is dismissed on the ground of delay and laches in approaching the court.
