Earlier petitioner was granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court taking note of this fact that the petitioner had no criminal antecedent but when petitioner came to know about the above stated observation of coordinate bench of this court, he voluntarily surrendered before the court below as there was criminal antecedent of two cases and thereafter, he was remanded in this case on 01.07.2015 and since then he is languishing in jail custody.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Aashish Mishra, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gopalganj/concerned
