Petitioner happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 24.06.2016. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the husband of the deceased has already been acquitted of the charges. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate cum Sub Judge-XIIIth, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P.S.case No. 392 of 2014.
