Mr. Renu Kumari, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 18-01-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Nagar P.S. Case No.43 of 2022 instituted under Sections 147, 149, 289, 341, 353/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the FIR, the informant alleged that the IncomeTax Square at Darbhanga was blocked by the local people raising slogans relating to murder that had occurred in G.M. Road. The said blockade was under the banner of 'Mithila Raj Nirman Sena' and despite best of effort, they chose not to remove the blockade which affected not only the traffic but the ambulance and the school buses were stuck in the said traffic

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55132 of 2022(2) dt.18-01-2023 2/2 jam. Accordingly, some named accused as well as unknown persons were booked and FIR was lodged.

Considering the omnibus of allegation as also that it is not the case that there has been any injury to any person and/or damage to any vehicle, this Court is inclined to extend them privilege of anticipatory bail with condition that the petitioners shall be visiting the concerned police station for next six months every month.

Let the petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Sub-ordinate court within a period of four weeks from the receipt of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nagar P.S. Case No.43 of 2022 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
