2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Shrikrishnapuri P.S. Case No. 249 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 353, 307, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 37 and 45 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioners are that they along with other co-accused persons attacked on the informant during raid at the house of co-accused Alakh Rai on the information that illegal liquor being sold from his house.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. The allegation against the petitioners are general and omnibus in nature. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners, no injury caused to the informant as alleged. Petitioners are female having no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Shrikrishnapuri P.S. Case No. 249 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (Sunil Dutta Mishra, J) shweta/- U T
