Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 238 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 120-B, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking note of this fact that petitioner is said to have ordered the others and after that petitioner and other accused are said to have committed the murder of the deceased, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
