The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Azimabad P.S. Case No. 51 of 2015 dated 22.08.2015 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 364/34, 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Twenty four (24) persons have been named in the FIR including the petitioner with the allegation that they took away the father of the informant and assaulted him with Lathi, Danda and bricks etc. Later on, his dead body was recovered from the maize field.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to various orders passed by different Benches of this Court whereby other accused persons, similarly

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48912 of 2017 (3) dt.27-11-2017 situated, have been granted bail. The case of the petitioner stands on similar footing.

The petitioner is said to be in custody since 04.08.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing his bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Azimabad P.S. Case No. 51 of 2015.
