Petitioners are languishing in custody for offences punishable under Sections 342/109/302 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that about 32 named persons including the petitioners and other 100 unknown persons variously armed dragged the deceased towards the east of the village and killed him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that having similar allegation and named in the F.I.R. some other coaccused have been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 45591 of 2013 on 02.12.2013.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48844 of 2016 (2) dt.21-12-2016 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya/Successor Court in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 67 of 2013.
