The petitioner being aggrieved by preparation of merit list dated 24.06.2019 for appointment on the post of Aganbari Sevika.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition to file appeal, as provided under the guidelines for appointment of Aganbari Sevika and Sahaika, before the appropriate authority. Prayer is allowed.
