The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 307, 302, 504 and 506 of the I.P.C. Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioners assaulted the informant and his wife, on account of they received grievous injuries and the informant's wife died. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioner No.1 is in custody since 14.6.2017 and petitioner No.2 is in custody since 19.6.2017 and have got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. General and omnibus allegation

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42548 of 2017(2) dt.20-09-2017 2/2 has been made. No specific injury has been attributed. Petitioners are ladies.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Sadar (Mabbi O.P.) P.S. case No.244 of 2017.
