2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sectionss 25(1-b) a and 26 of the Arms Act, registered in connection with Rajoun P.S.Case No. 171 of 2025.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner was arrested and a country-made pistol and some live cartridges were recovered from his possession.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. He is in custody since 15.04.2025.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances as well as the period of custody, let the petitioner, above-named,

No.56583 of 2025(5) dt.02-02-2026 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Banka in connection Rajoun P.S. Case No. 171/2025, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
