Patna High Court CWJC No.13013 of 2009 (5) dt.13-04-2017 2/2 petitioner , learned AC to SC No. 27 as well as Sri Shailendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Limited submits that unless and until cadre of the officer /employee of both the Corporations i.e. Jharkhand State Forest Development Corporation and Bihar State Forest Development Corporation Ltd. is decided, it would not be proper for the petitioner to raise any grievance. This fact was also noticed by this court on 6.10.2009. Sri Shanti Pratap, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite his best effort he has not obtained further instruction from his client. In view of the facts and circumstances, the court is of the opinion that unless and until there is division of cadre, there is no need to further keep the matter pending. The writ petition can be disposed of with indication that after bifurcation of the two Corporations takes place the petitioner would be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
