The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 467 and other sections of the I.P.C.

The informant alleged in her complaint petition that one Parwati Devi got executed a sale deed by her husband in favour of the informant complainant Jay Prakash Singh vide No.6011 dated 11.9.2012. The informant further alleged that when he got the land mutated, he found that 5.1/2 decimals of land short out of 22.1/2 decimals of land shown in the sale deed. Parwati Devi gave money to the petitioner.

It is submitted that the petitioner is son-in-law of Parwati Devi.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41827 of 2014 (2) dt.30-03-2015 bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P.S.Case No.615 of 2013, subject to condition laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
