65 kg ganja is said to have been recovered from an Alto car in which petitioner and two others were found sitting. Considering the quantity of recovery as well as facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Sonepur P. S. case no. 169/2014 corresponding to NDPS case no. 11/2014 pending in the court of the Addl. Sessions Judge I, Saran at Chapra stands rejected.
