Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 47(a), 63, 54 of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Near about 51 litres Indian made foreign liquor are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 04.08.2016 without having any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
