JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-01-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 15.07.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the I.P.C and 27 of the Arms Act. The accusation is of robbing motorcycle and cash of Rs. 2400/- of the informant. The name of the petitioner sprang up on confession of the co-accused. Subsequently the petitioner made confession.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that except confession before the police no evidence has been collected by the Investigating Agency during investigation. It is further submitted that neither petitioner has been put on T.I.P nor any recovery has been made from the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40311 of 2014 (3) dt.16-01-2015 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dalsingsarai in connection with Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No. 175 of 2014.
