Petitioner along with one F.I.R. named accused made attempt to take away the victim for which petitioner is in jail custody since 02.06.2015. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent nor he was caught along with the victim girl.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Gaya in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 453 of 2014.
