The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Muffasil P.S. Case No.157 of 2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

There is allegation of kidnapping of the victim girl. Statement made under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure shows that accused persons kidnapped the victim girl and kept her in the house of old lady for the purposes of marriage.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59264 of 2018 (3) dt.09-10-2018 to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of three weeks, the court below will pass an order on its own merit without being prejudiced by the order passed by this Court.
