Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 272, 273, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(A) of the Excise Act. 50 liters country made mahua liquor was recovered from a hut situated in front of house of the petitioner. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner has no concern with the aforesaid hut and, as a matter of fact, nothing was recovered from the house of the petitioner nor from his possession. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 25.7.2016 and does not have any criminal antecedent.
Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate IV, Vaishali at Hajipur in Raghopur P.S. Case no. 56/2016. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
