JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(a) For issuance of appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondents to restore the status of the petitioner by quashing the order dated 19-05-2022 passed in Anganbari appeal service appeal bearing No.- 17 of 2021

Patna High Court CWJC No.15079 of 2022(2) dt.05-03-2024 2/3 by the Divisional Commissioner, Munger Region, Munger and also the order dated 2612-2020 passed by the District Program Officer ICDS, Begusarai contained in Memo No.- 1295, whereby and where under the District Program Officer ICDS, Begusarai, the selection of the petitioner has been cancelled. (b) For issuance of direction to the authorities/Respondents for the payment of honorarium to the petitioner, which is unpaid, only on the sweet will of the concerned -Respondent.

(c) For issuance of an appropriate order/Direction/Writ commanding the Respondent authorities to take appropriate step/steps against the responsible person for the malafide and arbitrary action to take the undue advantages of their post and power conferred to them as the local"

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned civil court of competent jurisdiction.
