The informant came to know about the name of the petitioner and several other persons on the basis of disclosure made by the villagers but the name of villagers has not been mentioned in the first information report. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, co-accused, Dharmendra Yadav and Sita Ram Bhuiyan @ Sitaram Buiyan have already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
