Petitioner being the husband of the informant is languishing in custody since 07.09.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The basic accusation is of torture for nonfulfillment of further dowry demand after 13 years of marriage and causing burn injury.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that since there is no issue from the wedlock hence the informant compels the petitioner to live separate from his family.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43694 of 2016 (2) dt.21-10-2016 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Sheohar Mahila P.S. Case No. 14 of 2014.
