The petitioner is in custody in connection with Munger Kotwali P.S. Case No. 241 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 120(B) of Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have impersonated as "Sudhansu Kumar" for appearing in the Home Guard Physical Eligibility Test.

Considering the allegation and period of custody, petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Munger Kotwali P.S. Case No. 241 of 2022.
