The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S.Case No.551 of 2021 registered under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and other allied sections of the I.P.C. and Sections 3⁄4 of the Prevention of Witch Craft (Daain) Practices Act as well as Section 10 of the POCSO Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics.

It is further submitted that the complaint case has been lodged after one month of the alleged occurrence. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the
