2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that considering the progress of the trial, she wants to withdraw the present bail application. It has further been informed that the matter is now kept for judgment and since long time, the judgment has not been delivered.

3. If the above information is found to be correct, then the concerned Trial Court must take expeditious action, so that life and liberty of a citizen can not be deprived, as contained in Article 21 of the Constitution of India.

4. Accordingly, the present bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
