ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 29-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Trial No.495 of 2013 arising out of Jhajha P.S. case No.151 of 2013 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 366, 354, 506 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of 2nd Additional District & Sessions Judge, Jamui.

Considering that it is only recently that the Petitioner was refused bail, I do not find any reason for reviewing the earlier order refusing bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for bail is once again rejected.
